Who is this workshop for?

Do I need to be running EOS to attend?
No. While the workshop uses EOS terminology and frameworks, the leadership and management practices are universal and valuable for any organization.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the workshop. 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days out. No refunds within 7 days of the event, but you may send a substitute attendee at no extra charge.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and an open mind. All materials, workbooks, and the Great Boss Toolkit are provided. Lunch is included.
Why are there two prices?
We pass through the ~3% credit card processing fee to keep the base price as low as possible. Pay by bank transfer (ACH) to get the lower price — it's fast, secure, and saves you money.
How many people attend each workshop?
Workshops are capped at 40 attendees to ensure a hands-on, interactive experience with plenty of time for individual questions and discussion.
